Hi, I’m Jerrica.
I’m a Licensed Professional Counselor and owner of LifeWell Psychotherapy. I work with adults navigating trauma, anxiety, relationship stress, and burnout — especially people who have been strong for a long time and are ready for something to shift.
My approach is direct, supportive, and practical. Together we focus on understanding your patterns, regulating your nervous system, and building changes that actually last.
My work is trauma-informed and often integrates Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing (EMDR) and Brainspotting to help the nervous system process experiences — not just talk about them. You can learn more about these approaches through EMDRIA or the Brainspotting Institute.

Fastest scheduling. Includes self-pay, out-of-network reimbursement, and plans I bill directly (Sentara Health Plans, Sentara Medicaid, etc.)
